Calvary Chapel Fort Worth Mission Team

At Calvary Chapel Fort Worth, our mission team is dedicated to impacting the world with The Great Commission. Currently, the team partners with Love Never Fails International (LNFI), faithfully supporting orphans in Mexico and building homes for impoverished families along the colonias.

Love Never Fails International (LNFI)

Bill Quinn is Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Fort Worth and is the founder of Love Never Fails International. For most of his 30 plus years in ministry, he has reached out to those in need. It was on September 1, 2004, while preparing for an evening sermon that he was given the vision for Love Never Fails International. Based on the scripture, Proverbs 19:17, “He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, and He will pay back what he has given,” LNFI offers “a hand up, not a hand out” to children and families who lack the social, economic and spiritual support needed to live good quality lives. The powerful truth of the scripture led Pastor Bill to the foundation for the charity.

LNFI rescues children and families who are victims of the uncontrollable violence, drugs and sex trafficking that plagues the border towns in Mexico. Currently, the charity provides direct support for the children at Casa Hogar de Ninos Camargo. The charity also builds homes for needy families along the canal of Nopalera Colonia.

Casa Hogar de Ninos Camargo was established 14 years ago by Pastor Osdy Luna and his wife, Teresa. Currently, Camargo is housing nearly 30 orphans between the ages of 6 and 22 years old. The children are allowed to stay at Camargo up to the age of 18; with the exception of those with the desire to pursue a higher education at the University. Many of the children come from broken homes and have experienced trauma due to abuse or neglect. These hurting children have little to nothing at all.

To date, LNFI has built 15 homes for needy families along the canal in Nopalera Colonia. With donor support, LNFI plans to build twice as many homes this year as compared to last year. That means more families will be blessed with not only a brand new furnished house, but a safe and warm place they can start to call their home.

This year, LNFI plans to invest even more into the lives of these families, both new and old; starting with building a stone/brick stove for each family. Many families depend on making a living by raising animals, selling handmade items, etc. LNFI plans to support these families by coming alongside of them and assisting them in their local businesses.

Ways YOU can support the work in Mexico!

The CCFW Mission Team is a group of believers who join together to minister to the lost and poor in the world. God has led this team to partner with LNFI and serve in Mexico, where they minister to the children and workers at the orphanage and to the families in the Colonias.
