Congregational Update | 7/21/2020

In light of COVID-19, our current plan at Calvary is to continue with our two in-person Sunday services at 9 am and 10:45 am (face masks/coverings required) and our online only Wednesday evening service. Please refer to our website and our social media pages for the latest updates.

You can watch a LIVE broadcast of any of our services with the Calvary Chapel Fort Worth app, on our website, Facebook page and YouTube channel.

In an effort to create a safe, healthy environment for all who attend, we will continue following health safety measures as outlined below:

  • The Kafé will not serve food or coffee.
  • KiDZ Church, the Youth or Nursery are open for Sunday 2nd service only.
  • Members with underlying health conditions or who are ill are encouraged to stay home and view the service online.
  • Members who are caretakers for loved ones with underlying health conditions are encouraged to stay home and view the service online.
  • The church will utilize the front lobby as the point of entry. The lobby will remain closed during service with the exception of the restroom.
  • Each person’s temperature will be taken before being granted entry into the church building. Anyone with a temperature of 99.6 or above, will not be granted entry.
  • Members will wear masks while in the building. If you do not feel comfortable wearing a mask, you are welcome to listen to the service outside at our cross courtyard area.
  • We will maintain the 6 feet of social distancing protocol and refrain from shaking hands or hugging.
  • In an effort to maintain social distancing guidelines for gatherings outlined by the CDC, ushers will sit couples and families together but will leave two empty chairs in between and an empty row in front of and behind.
  • Families with children aged 6 or younger will be seated in the Kafé.
  • We will utilize the Kafé as an overflow area (note: Cross Courtyard will have audio only).
  • Offerings will not be collected during the service. You are welcome to drop your offering into the marked container available in the front lobby.
  • When service is over, ushers will dismiss members by row beginning with the back row, working their way to the front of the chapel.
  • If you need prayer, please remain in your chair and you will be prayed for.
  • Cleaning crew will disinfect the building before and after each service.

If you have any questions or need assistance, we are here for you always. Please call the church office at 817-838-8381 or email us at

We pray God’s divine protection and peace over you and your family. May He prosper you in all things and keep you well. We miss you!
